A fantastic place to stay with family or friends. Spacious, clean and an excellent location. All our needs were catered for and communication was simple and easy with the hosts. Six adults, four children and two babies but we all felt like we had plenty of space. I can't recommend highly enough, we will be visiting again!

Fantastic, very comfortable, and facilities for disabled people are perfect. We had a family reunion with two wheelchair users. Owners were so helpful, and the property was like a home from home. I would recommend this property.

We stayed at Arnside as a Family of 14 for my 60th birthday and it was the best holiday I can remember. The owner started the holiday off by guiding us to the house, past road works and then showed us round . It was beautifully clean and tidy. There was milk and tea and coffee supplied , just what we needed after a long journey. My children and grandchildren were thrilled with the house, chose their bedroom and the disappeared into the playroom. Baby eqipment was provided and all the linen we needed. After our cup of tea we walked to the prom and looked at the lights, the weather was mild . Fish and chips on the prom sorted dinner even though the kitchen was well supplied and cooking would have been easy. I found it hard to keep up with the younger ones, so I traveled on the tram, which is very close to the house. I would recommend buying a tram ticket early on your visit or on line before you go to save money. We visited all the attractions which are very close and went into the pubs for dinner , which was very reasonable. We even found a toby within driving distance. The house has enough parking for three cars or more. I can thoroughly recommend this house for a family hollidy and We will be booking again

Had an excellent family holiday at Arnside, house was lovely, clean and spacious. Location was brilliant especially being close to the beach and the pleasure park and for the times when we felt too lazy too walk having the tram stop close by was a bonus. Wi-Fi was excellent too.

Nice house, exactly what we needed for the weekend. Very close to beach and pleasure beach. Owner very helpful and even came out to assist due to a minor problem with oven while away!

The house was lovely with plenty of space for our party of 12. Easy walk onto the front and even though we could see the pleasure beach from the house we didn't hear any noise. A really enjoyable break.
