In an enviable position above the lake, Bluebell Cottage enjoys panoramic views over Coniston Water.
Ground Floor: Bluebell Cottage has gas fired central heating and briefly comprises:11 steps to entrance.Lounge: Cosy with open staircase, solid oak floor, wood burning stove, TV, DVD and cushioned window seating. Kitchen/dining room: With natural slate floor and a range of handmade units to include gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Rear porch: Which serves as the utility room housing the washing machine and freezer.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed and co-ordinating fabrics enjoying a fabulous view over Coniston water. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
All gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs are available to purchase locally. Cot and highchair available on request.
Small enclosed terraced garden just across the lane from the property with outdoor furniture provided. Outhouse suitable for storing bikes and canoe. A parking permit is supplied for use in a nearby public car park. Visit England 4 Star.

The lake is within walking distance, and ideal for canoeing, sailing or simply for paddling about in quiet waters. Numerous walks for all abilities can be enjoyed from the door. Coniston has a good selection of local shops for all your daily needs as well as ample opportunities, by day and night, for eating and drinking.The cottage is presented as a cosy, comfortable holiday home. Much thought has been given by the owner to provide up to the minute facilities whilst successfully retaining a traditional feel throughout. The cottage style garden to the front of the property is a delightful place to take in the stunning view over Coniston Water and the surrounding fells. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
