A clean, compact and comfortable apartment with it’s own dedicated parking space. However, although it is a ground floor flat and all on one level, it’s location makes it unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility and I’m beginning to sense that the Beautiful Lake District does not welcome those who have mobility issues.

Nice little apartment. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped although the sofa had an unpleasant odour at times. Good location and an ideal base for exploring the Lake District. A garden area would've brought up the score as would a wood burning fire. As it is, I would happily stay there again.
