The Chapel is exceptionally well equipped, the furniture is comfortable (especially the king-size bed) and being an old property with thick walls it was refreshingly cool during the extremely hot weather. There were also fans in the bedrooms. We particularly enjoyed eating meals in the garden, which overlooks an attractive stream. The local pub is literally a couple of minutes walk away and serves very good food; it's best to book. There is so much to do in the area and The Chapel is a great base to return to at the end of each day.

Fabulous little cottage - well equipped especially as we need to cook from scratch every day. Comfy bed and gorgeous views. Loved being able to sit by the river in the evening. Great location for day trips out and wonderful village with bakery, brewery, chippy, cafés and more. Highly recommend.
