Lovely comfortable well equipped cottage in ideal setting for touring the lakes. Had a problem with the heating and water one day but this was quickly sorted after a call to the owner who was very helpful. Two gates to secure the patio from the rest of the garden would be beneficial for dogs as the river going through the property was high and fast flowing when we were there. The use of the six acre field adjoining the cottage was ideal for our two dogs. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Lovely bungalow, very clean and well equipped with charming and helpful owners - the wine and flowers were a really nice touch. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Beautiful garden with river at the bottom. It clearly states on the description that this is an un-fenced river and children should be supervised at all times - could I just say please supervise your dogs as well! My two both fell in the river as the edge looks stable but actually isn't. Luckily we were on hand to fish them out. This place would be absolutely perfect if the patio had gates so that children/ dogs were a little more secure.
