An attractive Lakeland stone, semi-detached cottage with fantastic views and an abundance of walking opportunities on the doorstep.

Ground Floor:
With electric heating, the accommodation comprises:
Living room: With open fire, TV and DVD player fell views to St John’s in the Vale and door to rear garden.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, radio/CD player and microwave.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: with double bed and views to St John’s in the Vale.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

All electric, fuel, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Cot available. Telephone available for incoming calls only, however there is a payphone in the village.

This two bedroomed Lakeland stone semi-detached cottage has spectacular fell views from its elevated location on the edge of the popular village of Threlkeld. Easily accessible from the M6, the village has two pubs, each serving bar meals and real ale and is just four miles to the east of Keswick. With many walking opportunities from the doorstep, Cropple How provides a cosy base from which to explore the area.
