Lovely hosts and dogs on the farm . Felt really welcomed and part of the family. Walks from doorstep and lots to do in local area. Didn't have to travel far for places to visit and enjoy.

The steep path to the property made it hard work as both my husband and I have breathing problems. There was no television reception due to there being a thunderstorm the previous week which had damaged the lines. The forest views we were hoping to see from the balcony were spoiled as the ivy "hedge" made it impossible to see over. David was always ready to have a chat, which was lovely as he is a busy chap and he offered to carry our cases to our car on our departure which was good of him.

Our holiday was cut short to one day by family circumstances, but the time we had allowed us to absorb the wonderful atmosphere and surroundings. Our hosts were very helpful (including when we got lost trying to find it! - note, DO NOT try to arrive in the dark!). The cheese-rolling and Sculpture trail will have to wait for another visit. We shall never forget the beautiful wisteria.

lovely studio cottage, slightly difficult access from parking space as is up a short steep bumpy grass slope not easy to climb especially with cases. small outside space - view restricted due to high hedge, very close to owners house

Wonderful visit in a cosy cottage. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Peaceful location perfect to get away. Loved the nature trails from the doorstep. Saw wild boar, deer, woodcock, cuckoo, jays, bats, buzzards and more from the walks. Would recommend and hope to visit again
