This lovely detached, 18th-century holiday cottage is perched on a hill overlooking the Georgian Heritage city of Bath, with stunning and far-reaching views across the city skyline, and further superb views from its rooftop terrace. Formerly a gardener’s lodge, it has been carefully restored to provide a comfortable and well-equipped base for exploring the delights of Bath, which include the abbey, pump rooms, the Crescent and many excellent shops and restaurants. Although the town is easily accessible on foot, the return journey is double the time due to the property being on a steep hill and the greater effort required. Good walking from the door, with NT Prior Park and Dyrham Park close by, as well as other places of interest such as Longleat, Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral and Glastonbury Tor. Shops ½ mile.
