Excellent cottage in great location . Very functional acomodation . Not that pretty but everything works , and its very clean . Its our 2nd visit and its clear the owner has an interest in the property...we noted improvements since our first visit . Also lots of interesting well researched history of the property which was very informative .

This property was homely, well equipped and in the most beautiful setting. I wish that we could have stayed longer just to sit in the conservatory and look out over the fields to the distant mountains.

The location of the property for the views are outstanding, with a brilliant view out of every window. Extremely quiet and will suit anyone who wants to get away from a busy life. The large double bedroom had a very large and extremely comfortable bed. The only negative is that the wifi was intermittent due to the location of the property.

We were fortunate to stay in the owner's family home and lacked for nothing. Local shops etc. were a short drive hence the rating. With hindsight could possibly have ordered the shop on the internet in advance but Hereford is not far and has all the supermarket leaders. Merryview suits all ages, ideal for an extended family with the large kitchen, lounge and conservatory, everyone can do their own thing .
