All good unless you have dodgy knees, because of the number of steps down to the cottage

Lovely position and very close to town. The cottage is well-equipped and warm, with efficient heating. There are steep steps to the cottage, but we were warned about this. The single bed was fine but the double bed was rock hard. Even with a mattress topper it was uncomfortable. I would urge the owner to consider buying a softer mattress.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; We have taken your comments on board regarding the mattress on the double bed. This has been replaced with a softer pocket sprung mattress.

Comfortable and well equipped cottage just a short walk from Malvern's shops and places to eat. A good centre for visiting places of interest in the surrounding area.

Lovely cottage and excellent sitting-out area. Bone china mugs; comfortable bed and chairs. On foot it is handy for town, Waitrose and the hills. By public transport, use the 44 bus to Worcester or to Gt Malvern station from near cottage's forecourt. This station has taxis available and is worth a visit as an historic gem (whereas Malvern Link is less convenient). Ledbury is another gem and reached by a fascinating bus ride.

My daughter and I stayed here primarily to attend the RHS Malvern Spring Show and it was ideal for this as we could access the show"the back way"in 5 mins missing all the queues. The footage was very well presented and clean and very well equipped. We were warned the access was by steep steps and they certainly were but at least we had parking and a wonderful view of the Severn valley. We could walk easily to the amenities in Malvern and also drove to visit Croome House which we would thoroughly recommend .The only slight problem was difficulty blocking out light in the bedrooms.
