Utterly wonderful. The pictures don't do the setting and the garden justice. We had the most wonderful time and are desperate to return.

Idyllic setting, tranquil with a lovely garden. Furniture and beds extremely comfortable, even the pillows. Good attention to detail in the equipment. Very generous welcome pack although we didn't use much of it as it didn't meet our dietary requirements. It would have been helpful to have some information in the folder about where you were allowed to walk from the cottage. We assumed that because the gate opened out of the back garden that it was ok to walk up and onto the back entrance to Mathon Court but we weren't sure. Also, rather surprised by the lack of recycling facilities and advice for the local area. A list of places to eat within a radius of the cottage would have been helpful. It was the one thing we found difficult. Lucky there was a Waitrose and M & S in Malvern! The only other thing that would have been lovely were a couple of comfortable sun loungers. The outside furniture was very good, with a choice of two sets and padded seat covers but it was such a beautiful setting that we would have liked to have "lounged" outside for an afternoon! This is being VERY demanding! I have stayed in many different cottages over the last 20 years but this was definitely the most comfortable and a glorious spot.

He cottage is a really good base for exploring the area, it was quiet and comfortable especially as it was cold enough for frost on one occasion. The underfloor heating really does the business. The large fridge is also really useful if you want to eat in on some occasions. We will definitely book again.

Wishing Well cottage is one of the best cottages we have stayed in, very comfortable and very well equiped. The location was simply stunning. Very dog friendly the garden extended round all the cottage. A cottage we will be returning to.

Excellent welcome pack made arrival less stressful. Location was perfect for us and beautifully quiet at night. Large lawned garden was perfect for our large dog to run free - the garden was safe, secure and well fenced. Parking was excellent and helped simplify loading and unloading of the car. The cottage itself was well stocked with cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner; the washing machine and tumble dryer were excellent and much appreciated when you've walked many miles in mud and rain.

An outstanding cottage with beautiful views in all directions. It really is of English Heritage quality, well equipped, tastefully furnished and decorated. The garden is very pretty and well kept.

Had a great stay. Nice and quiet with lots of excellent walking and bike riding options. Beds/couches/bathroom facilities etc are all great, as is the outside garden which is excellent for dogs as it is secure. Only very minor issues were a couple of things like a lack glasses, only had small glasses and no larger glasses for beer, soft drink etc and the dinner plates were too large to fit into the dish washer. TV is pretty old as well and wouldn't play a few of the DVD's which was annoying. Everything else was excellent though, including the welcome pack which was great and very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

This is a superb holiday cottage with everything provided that one needs by way of equipment furniture and comfortable beds. The welcome pack is a lovely surprise. The location in the grounds of Mathon Court is delightful, peaceful, surrounded by fields and woodland.

Weather good. Excellent setting of the cottage. Cottage management responded quickly when there was a problem with the shower. The only downside was increased traffic on a country road due to roadworks in the area. We thought the cottage was one of the best we have stayed at over many years. The only reason we would not stay again was the slight remoteness and no village facilities and lack of local restaurants/pubs as the local pub had closed down many years ago.

The cottage was absolutely fine: well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. But its location was a problem, with most days out needing to go via Malvern, through narrow roads most of which were clogged with parked cars. There were no local amenities nearer than Malvern, so even an evening meal out involved some patience-testing driving.

Wishing Well cottage was a home from home and would definitely stay there again. Situated in a lovely rural location, but close enough to Great Malvern and all the amenities. Our dog loved the large garden. The owners were excellent and really helpful.
