Contemporary throughout, it lies detached within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and set back from the road. Enjoy excellent varied walks, some from the front door, and visit the pretty town of Great Malvern with its famous theatre, Morgan Motor Factory, the riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn, the cathedral city of Worcester, Eastnor Castle and the market town of Ledbury, just a short drive away. A 5 to 10-minute walk leads to local shops and pubs. Great independent shops are also nearby including a butcher, baker, florist, café, gift shop, post office and supermarket. There is also a hospital facility in Malvern, a 10-minute drive.
