We loved this cottage, yes it's tired looking in the lounge but that suited us in that we felt comfortable there. it's a beautiful looking thatched cottage in a pretty village. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. And we had a lovely cake and flowers welcoming us, much appreciated on our arrival. Both bedrooms were clean and tidy. A great base for visiting the Cotswolds. We are hoping to book again, it is a little gem if you like a rustic (as there were spiders but it's a thatched roof so you would expect bugs), lived in cosy cottage.

What a wonderful cottage, we loved it. Cake and flowers on arrival was a lovely touch. As Australians we have always wanted to stay in a chocolate box cottage in a pretty English village. Used it as our base to visit a number of villages in the Cotswolds. Visited St James church for the Sunday service and met a lady who has a relative who lives in our hometown. Enjoyed Chipping Campden, coffee stops and pubs. Even got a little snow storm. Loved being able to have a bath each night after our daily adventure. A great location.

Lovely location , although kitchen and bathroom appeared clean bedrooms were full of spiders and insects. Dirt and dust on windows and behind beds

A very comfortable cottage in a quiet location, with lovely village views. The flowers and cake were a lovely touch. Great location for visiting a variety of cotswold gems including Bourton on the Water and Batsford Arboretum. A well equipped cottage with a beautiful fireplace - ideal for cosy evenings.

Very well equipped cottage. Parking was good. Plenty of space and seating. All rooms were larger than expected. We stayed in February and would definitely like to stay again though it may prove too expensive for us in the summer. Plenty of hotwater, it is in a lovely spot 5 min walk to the high street all on paths, which was good for us as we had a pushchair. This was a halfway meet for family with 7 month old baby, so we didn’t go on any long walks. There were footpath signs just outside the cottage garden.

We only stayed for a 2 night out-of-season short break, but couldn't fault it in anyway, and would love to go back again one day.
