This was my 3rd stay at the cottage in the past 2 years. Ideal location to get into the City & also the countryside. As on previous visits the cottage met all of our needs, both in terms of location & amenities. High standard of cleanliness. Local pub( on site) is a winner, provides a good range of menu at a reasonable cost.

Lincoln, lovely city but always gridlocked. No useful amenities on site. Not particularly dog friendly environment. Would have preferred a shower in each bathroom rather than having a redundant jacuzzi.

We had a great stay and were surprised by the size of the apartment and its contents. The photographs do not do it justice. It has two lovely bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a well fitted kitchen.

We had a lovely time staying at The Quays. The property is exactly as the photos are on the site however they don’t do it justice. It’s in a lovely gated secure, extremely quiet area. Whilst my husband got to enjoy the bed upstairs I was co sleeping with our baby however can say the beds are lovely and comfy. Everything is quite literally a ten min drive. Was terrific having a washer / dryer in the property as saved from having to do washing when you come back. Will admit if hadn’t been for fact that dog was booked in Kennels for so long would have tried to stay longer. Would truly recommend this place as it’s lovely xx

An excellent property in a first class location. Very comfortable lounge, large bedroom with the mezzanine bedroom an unusual feature. The balcony overlooking the moorings and the garden below it added considerably to our stay. Two food serving pubs within easy walking distance a bonus. Lincoln centre is only a 10 minute drive away, Whisby Nature Reserve not much further and worth a visit as is the newly opened Bomber Command Centre. Highly recommended.

My second stay at Quay Side. Apartment up to the previous high standards. Location perfect for getting into the City & the local countryside.

Lovely place to stay, it has everything you need and more! The place was very clean and has comfortable beds. There are two parking spaces which is handy. We were greeted by the owners who were very helpful and took the time to show us how everything works. We will definitely stay here again when in Lincoln visiting family.

Quayside is a lovely, clean, bright airy place to stay. The gated access made walking the dog a little tricky and the lack of shops around the marine meant there was also a drive into the local village or Lincoln to pick up shopping. Nice pub on site and lovely walk along the canal.
