We went for a week , the lodge is situated on a lakes edge where we fed ducks and the huge fish , a few works going on during our visit but didn’t spoil our visit , the hot tub was a nice relaxing activity , you can walk down to 2 pubs ,Burger King in 17 min , we didn’t go to golf cafe . , the lodge is a great size , but we felt it was not at its best for use as the owners have the dinning table up stairs on the mezamine level , better use would have been bedroom and put dinning table downstairs , sofas very comfy and kitchen well equipped , missing was a place to hang your towels or robes while in hot tub , we found it very quiet and peaceful just what we wanted ; a car needed to visit shops , yes we would go again
