Garage which was required was declared unavailable shortly before the holiday. A king size would have been better in the master bedroom Main TV had an issue with the free view box

Nice house in a god location. Some issues with the shower to begin with but soon realised if you press the little button there is actually hot water! Kitchen equipment a bit sparse - but very clean throughout and nice views. Beds comfy and washing facilities really good. Forgot how noisy a new build can be - so you can hear every step upstairs and from next door. Easy walk into town and two parking spaces - which are useful.

Fantastic holiday, not the cheapest but well worth the money. We didn’t want to come home and want to book again .

A beautiful holiday home, very comfortable beds, nicely furnished throughout, homely feel and powerful showers. The house wasn’t as clean as it could have been, however we spoke to the owners who were great and housekeeping came back. The cooking utensils could do with a restock.

I have stayed in many cottages and house's for a holiday but sugar reef was the most comfortable, we loved it.

This is one of the best & well equipped cottages we have stayed in. Everything was top class from the furnishings down to the kitchen utensils. Beds were very comfortable. The only slight downside was, as we slept in the ground floor bedroom, whenever someone was up upstairs it was very noisy. Apart from that minor criticism, we will certainly be back again. Great value for money.
