Slate floors and exposed beams
This cosy 3 storey fisherman’s cottage is ideal for breaks at any time of the year and retains its original charm with exposed beams, slate floor, ornate woodburner and a pretty Victorian cast iron bed. Tucked away in a quiet row of cottages, yet close to the heart of Flamborough, a short walk brings you to the lighthouse and just 3 miles further to Bempton, the well known RSPB clifftop bird sanctuary. Also close to Filey with its lovely promenade and beach, and of course Scarborough and Bridlington and with golf available nearby. The cottage makes an excellent base for walking and taking in the stunning scenery and birdlife of this splendid coastline. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
