Refurbished in 2018, these properties are just a 5-minute walk to the rural hamlet of Red Roses on the borders between Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire where you can enjoy some home cooked food and some locally brewed ales in a traditional Welsh pub. Hazel Grove is approached via a bridle path/farm lane. Here the land speed record was achieved by Malcolm Campbell and you can step back in time at the Museum of Speed on the water front.
Stable Cottage is semi-detached with Rose Cottage and the accommodation is all on the ground floor, and The Loft is on the first floor. They have been lovingly restored from their cow shed beginnings and thoughtfully furnished throughout with a contemporary feel. All three properties benefit from an open plan living area with a modern galley style kitchen. Outside there is a private courtyard where you can enjoy meals al fresco and take in the fresh air.

Beach 3 miles. Shop and petrol station 1 mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Really pleased with this modern cottage rebuilt from a late 40's farm building. Spotless, warm and very comfortable.Location-wise, very well placed for Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

Excellent cottage, dog friendly and very nice people at the Farm. No Wi-Fi but the area gets 4G so not a major problem. i would highly recommend this cottage and would stay there again if we visit the same are. Food at the local pub was great and reasonably priced and only a five minute walk away

A lovely place in a lovely location. Cottage clean and comfortable. Owners on site, very welcoming and friendly. Pub in walking distance, provides excellent food. Unfortunately other amenities not in immediate location, but only a five minute drive.

Really enjoyed our week at Stable Cottage, the small downside was the lack of amenities close by, there is an excellent pub but it only opened at times that were inconvenient to us, on the other hand, Pendine Sands, Wisemans Bridge, Saundersfoot and Tenby are all within a short driving distance. Finally, the owners, Rose and Graham, are usually around for a friendly chat or to advise on potential trips. If you're a couple interested in seeing the Pembrokeshire area, this could be a good base.

Stable cottage is a lovely comfortable clean cottage. All newly refurbished to a high standard. A very quiet location along a very rough track. Comfortable loungers to relax in the sunshine. A few small extra bits of equipment would make it even better.

Excellent accommodation in a very peaceful setting only minutes from the main A447 road. The cottage had a secluded garden which catches the sun from mid morning until sunset. We had a warm welcome from the owners. It is not a proper working farm. The owners just keep a few ducks and a goat. It is situated along a 300yard farm track which has quite a few potholes which the owner is waiting for the farmer further along the track to rectify. Once this has been finished I would give the accommodation ten out of ten.
