Lovely cottage, the best beds we've slept in. Wonderful hosts who provided a very thoughtful welcome pack. Great pub within the village too if you don't fancy cooking, and great walks for the dog from the door.

We were a little shocked to see that the property was up for sale but this did not affect our enjoyment of our stay (or our dog's). The location was superb for Walks and the Pembrokeshire Coastal path plus being so close to a Main Route to various local towns meant travel times were not too excessive. The Local Pub- The Farmers Arms and the Tea-rooms were a short walk away in the Village of Mathry which itself had many interesting buildings that included a Local Stores that was a time warp and looked as if it had been shut up since the 1970's but was being renovated during our stay.

Fantastic location, quiet village just off main A road, great local pub 5 min walk away, beaches and panoramic coastal walks within easy reach, Cottage was well equipped, comfortable and clean, pictures on web site did not do it justice. only down side was no views from the house but don't let that hold you back. The welcome package was a wonderful touch and most welcom.

We had a great holiday at Little Roost cottage, Mathry. The cottage was clean and spacious and there was plenty of room for four adults and two children. The local area is lovely especially St David's and the North Pembrokeshire coast. Our children enjoyed Abercastle harbour and small beach which was only a couple of miles away. The cottage was within reasonable distance of Tenby and South Pembrokeshire attractions such as Dinosaur world. Overall, highly recommended.

Had a fabulous stay at Little Roost. A real home from home. Never stayed at a cottage on the same site as the owner before but it worked really well for advice on where to visit and they even provided some stain remover for us after a spaghetti bolognese incident! Super comfy beds, great utility area, 2 fridges, great low level night light on the landing and lots of lounge seating. We loved the small beaches and coastal path, especially Abercastle just 5 minutes away. We watched the sunset there every evening. A special holiday.
