Sitting in a supreme coastal position, East Hook Farmhouse an impressively restored traditional Welsh farmhouse offers the perfect retreat.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With Freeview TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books.
Dining room:
With wood burner, CD player, Bluetooth speaker and DAB radio.
Kitchen: Farmhouse style with breakfast bar, range with double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Conservatory: With French doors leading to garden.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and step to en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Heating (£50 per week October-April), gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available locally. Cot and highchair available on request. External utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with the Farmhouse). Large enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Wild flower meadow (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £75.

Imagine cooking a family feast in a most gorgeous farmhouse kitchen after a day exploring the glorious beaches and coast path nearby. An en-suite shower room is positioned off the double bedroom on the ground floor with three further bedrooms on the first floor, one the twin rooms is ideal for children with a shelf with children’s books, lampshade with sharks and mackerel cushion, lovely sea views, along with a family bathroom, all enjoying stunning sea views. Also on the first floor is a boat shaped bookcase with a selection of books. Relax in the living room adjoining the conservatory, planning the next day excursions.
A must between April and August would be a boat trip to meet the puffins on nearby Skomer Island. Children will love the large lawned garden, which is great for the dog too. The patio, overlooking the bay is the perfect spot for al fresco lunches or after a sundowner, time out in perfect peace under the starry skies. The village of Marloes is just 1½ miles away, where there is a small local shop, café and pub. The sheltered bay of Dale is 4½ miles away, ideal for water sports and children love crabbing off the pontoon.
East Hook Farmhouse can be booked together with The Stable at East Hook (QC1272), The Barn at East Hook (QC1305) and The Dairy at East Hook (QC1306) to accommodate up to 26 guests.

Ideal walking holiday with good beaches the farmhouse is suitable for 8 guests. Dark skies a bonus for star gazers when you get clear nights

A small number of improvements would have resulted in 5 stars. The Wi-Fi COULD be boosted and made to work throughout, albeit on narrow bandwidth. As it is the description is misleading. The king and super king beds are old and very low. A 13.5 tog king size duvet on a super king bed mid year wasn't the best. Kitchen china needs replacing. Some towels musty.. A self contained ground floor wc is much needed. Otherwise it's fabulous and the location is second to none. We will definitely rebook.
