My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Bridge Cottage. So cosy, warm and quaint. So picturesque. A great place to chill and relax away from it all or use as a base to venture out further afield. Mandy, her family and the staff are really lovely. They are very welcoming and approachable and down to earth. It was such a lovely place that we've booked to go again next year, but with our family this time.

This is a lovely little cottage and well equipped. Very clean and an extremely comfortable bed. The only downside for me was nowhere just outside the door to let my dog have a last wee or first wee in the morning without having to get dressed put on her lead and take her out. Not always easy

The cottage was in a stunning location, but not detached as described. Whilst thick stone walls there was an adjoining door to the next property inside and we did find we heard our neighbours quite a bit. It was snug and warm, but quite dark inside the lounge. The kitchen was very basically equipped. Having said that it was clean and good value for money. An ideal location for walkers and for visiting the local area. The offer of meals at the main house was a lovely idea.
