Lowest Price Guarantee
We’ll match the rental price of any booking if you find it cheaper online elsewhere, subject to the terms of this offer.
The alternative rental price must be for the exact same accommodation (or part of it), at the same location, for the same dates, for the same number of guests, and with the same (or better) cancellation terms.
The rental price refers only to the accommodation cost. It excludes any booking fees, admin fees, or charges for additional services.
Proof of the alternative rental price and its cancellation terms must be submitted within 7 days of making your booking.
The alternative price must be publicly available and not discounted through a voucher, loyalty scheme, promo code, or similar.
The Lowest Price Guarantee must have been available on the date you made your booking.
