The promotion is a prize draw (the "competition") with 1 winner in total. It will take place every 3 months. The competition is open to all persons over the age of 18. The competition is free to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
To enter, participants must sign up to cottages.com emails. The winner will be selected from at random.
By entering the competition, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
Prize
The prize is a £500 cottages.com voucher.
The prize does not include travel, or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The prize is subject to the cottages.com Booking Conditions, available at https://www.cottages.com/legal/booking-conditions
The accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The winner will be selected by random and notified by email.
The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the prize within ten days of receiving the notification that they have won. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh day and a new winner will be selected and announced.
Promoter
The promoter of the competition is Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd of Sunway House, Raglan Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, NR32 2LW ("Awaze")
Employees of Awaze and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.
The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that not received for any reason, by the competition closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
Any incomplete, offensive or illegible submissions will be considered void and not counted. The promoter's decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.
The competition is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.

By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
To enter, participants must make a new valid booking directly on the cottages.com website, or over the phone with a direct customer service agent, over the value of £750 for stays commencing between 15/04/2026 and 31/12/2026. Entrants will be entered into the prize draw automatically upon completion of a valid booking. If the booking is cancelled before the prize-draw the participant will be excluded from the competition. Bookings made via third-party websites and online travel agents are excluded from the prize draw. The prize draw is open between 00.01 on 15/04/2026 and 23.59]on 11/04/2026. The winner will be selected from all successful entries at random.
One submission per participant will be accepted. If multiple submissions are received from a participant, all submissions of such participant will be considered void and will not be considered.

Prize
The prize is a refund of the cost of the participant’s booking that granted them entry to the prize draw. There is a maximum value for the prize refund of £2000, any participant with a booking over this value will be refunded for the value of £2000 and the participant will remain liable for the remaining booking fee in line with standard booking conditions
