This lovely two-bedroom cottage lies in the World Heritiage Site of Darley Abbey, just a few yards from the watermill and Darley Park. Beautifully restored, this quaint cottage was built in 1793, is Grade II listed and is full of charm and character. There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and log effect electric fire, seating and Smart TV. Accessed via a spiral staircase, the first floor offers a single bedroom and bathroom, with a second spiral staircase to the double bedroom. Please note that the stairs in this cottage are narrow and steep. Outside is an external utility shed area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests also have use of the small garden area behind the sheds of West Row, or can sit in the beautiful courtyard at the rear of the cottage and enjoy the views of the river.

The cottage is close enough to the city and outlying business parks, but is situated within this special historic village, a wonderful location!
