What a weekend, we were blessed with glorious weather, the cottage was clean and tidy with plenty of useful items at our disposal, even down to a pint of milk in the fridge for a cup of tea when we arrived. The owners live about 50 yards away and they were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider returning... Many Thanks

Great cottage with lovely views! Parking a bit tight. Really close to places of interest with a lovely local walk! Owners are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone and definitely going again! :)

Comfortable, warm cottage. Very quiet but just off B road with 5 minute drive to Middleton in Teesdale for Co-op, bakers and other individual shops. Excellent local pub "The Crown" for imaginative well priced food - you can book a table. Mr and Mrs W at the cottage were welcoming and friendly and we had an enjoyable stay.

Great for families with dogs, some beautiful views and walks right on the doorstep. Five minute walk to a local pub/restaurant which serves delicious food and welcomes dogs. This was our fourth visit and we still love it!
