Beautiful place set within lovely grounds. Lounge and kitchen upstairs enabling beautiful views of local area. Visited plenty of local places such as Skipton, Ripon, Grassington, Harrogate,Ripley and Knaresborough. The only gripe we had in the cottage was the same as any rural location- Poor Internet. Crashing every 30 mins or so.

What a very special place. A beautiful barn in stunning surroundings. You will never get tired of the view. We enjoyed lot's of amazing walks straight from the door. Very dog friendly accommodation and area. We found the barn very warm, clean and cosy (especially in the snow!) The bed was huge and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Wish we had known we actually had access to the big field adjacent to Tom's Barn. Also, the steps up to the Barn are a challenge for a 'sixty years old' and would like to see an improvement to the parking spot at the bottom of the steps so it is easier to turn around. The road up to the Barn was achieved but due to the extreme steepness I was reluctant to try it again in wet weather. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Wonderful barn conversion, light and airy but cosy at the same time. Two big smart tvs and loads of DVDs to chill out after exploring the area. Big and very comfy bed. Very safe and equipped for dogs and young children . Grassington just a short drive away where there is a Spar for groceries, amongst other lovely independent shops and a couple of pubs. Probably the best we have stayed in, thank you!

Quiet location on steep hillside with enclosed garden, surrounded by woodland and pasture. Great views up to open fells - abundant wildlife to watch. Fantastic quality accommodation with high spec kitchen and tech throughout. Gorgeous beams in open plan living area on upper floor - made the most of the views. Enormous bed in main bedroom, large bathroom with washer dryer & underfloor heating and light-filled twin all on ground floor. Remote location although there were 4 more holiday cottages just below in the valley. Excellent local pub serving delicious food. All amenities in nearby Grassington. Lots of local walks to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.
