A lovely cottage with beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Some furniture a bit uncomfortable but that’s maybe just me. I’d visit again, though.

I've been staying in Torrin for 35 years on holidays. Tigh Sheoc is a lovely property, the short walk down to the loch is great, its well located to get out to Bradford and the rest of Skye, or down to Elgol if the sunset looks like its going to be good. The bonus for us was the ability for our border collie to run around in the land behind the croft cottage - there are also some fantastic views from up there towards the Cuillins too. Equipment wise, it has what you'll need, and is clean and well maintained. Its not fancy, but it is comfortable, warm and homely. We'll certainly be going back.

What a beautiful place to stay in the most amazing location! Very close to the mountains and the sea and only a ten minute drive from Broadford where there are shops and restaurants. Had the most peaceful and restful time. I recommend that you go to Elgol and take a boat trip!

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The location was fab, no shop near by though, but nearest town only 7miles away. We loved the remoteness of it. The cottage was just lovely. The only draw back was the lounge furniture, coming back after busy day we could have done with really comfy armchairs but furniture was very uncomfortable, everything else was just lovely and the biggest plus , it's dog freindly

Tigh Sheoc was one of the best holiday cottages we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect. The beach was close by, a cafe close and loved the hills behind us. Close to Broadford to get anything we needed. Loved Skye and definitely going back and if we can get booked at Tigh Sheoc if it’s not booked we will stay here. As a family this is the first one ( and there have been many ) that everyone has enjoyed and wants to come back to.
