Set along the A82, it makes a perfect base for touring this beautiful part of the Highlands. Glencoe, Fort William ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’, Loch Ness and Inverness all within easy reach. Many outdoor pursuits nearby, such as the World Championship Mountain Bike Course, water sports and indoor ice climbing centre. Further afield, the stunning scenery of the west coast and the Isle of Skye beckon, along with Mallaig and Oban. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

    Excellent from start to finish. The fact it’s right on the main road may be a problem for some, but it wasn’t for us and we have two children. House was extremely clean and very well equipped. The area is good with shops restaurants all within 15 minutes drive. Would definitely stay again if we decide to go back to the area.

    Very pleased with accommodation , Certainly happy to recommend or we may go back. Cottage immediately fronts A82 so there is some traffic noise ...hence lower mark on location. Midges prevented us from sleeping or having windows open in evening. Some discomfort in the heatwave of June 2018,

    We enjoyed an excellent week at The Old Store, very warm and comfortable and very well equipped. We know the area well and were not short of things to do, out walking or skiing every day helped by a good week's weather.
