Lovely cottage in a great location. Enjoyed every moment there. The only suggestions we would make are 1) that the track to the cottage needs some attention near the road end as a few potholes are developing and 2) the seat swabs in the lounge suite may need replacing as they were uncomfortable after a short time of sitting. 3) A microwave for the kitchen would be very useful. Great holiday location!

What an amazing spot! Loved the cottage, loved the location. Really comfortable and homely. Only niggle is would be great to have just a few basics when spending a week, like salt/pepper, some soap in bathrooms etc. Especially as there are no shops nearby.

Having spent many family holidays at Bamburgh we returned with friends to share this beautiful place and they were not disappointed. The cottage was perfect. Set in a stunning location you couldn't ask for more. It is beautifully decorated , comfortable and has everything to make your holiday a real home from home. For November we were extremely lucky with the weather which showed Northumberland at its best. Lovely walks from the cottage with two excitable Labradors, it was perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fabulous.
