This lodge features generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas that are bright, welcoming and flooded with natural light. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead directly onto extensive private decking — the perfect spot to relax with morning coffee or wine at sunset. Shearwater Lodge also boasts an on-site car charging point, and comes with it’s own private hot tub, maintained daily by Swallow Tree staff, letting you soak under the stars while gazing out across the sea.
Inside, the lodges is finished with warm Canadian Red Cedar cladding and stylish interiors. Comfort is key, with features including central underfloor heating, a feature electric fire, broadband internet, Smart TV with DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. Bedrooms are generously sized with a king and two twin options, the master and one twin benefitting from ensuite facilities. All beds are made up on arrival with towels provided — making this lodge ideal for family holidays, retreats with friends, or romantic breaks. Please note pets are not accepted in this lodge at any time.
Swallow Tree Gardens enjoys a truly superb coastal location within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, just above the beach at Saundersfoot and offering direct access to the famed Pembrokeshire Coast Path. This means guests can step straight from their lodges onto spectacular cliff-top walks, hidden coves and miles of rugged shoreline.
The nearby village of Saundersfoot is a delightful traditional seaside destination with sandy beaches, quaint shops, cafés and welcoming pubs — perfect for relaxed lunches, ice creams by the harbour and evenings watching the sunset over the bay. Beyond Saundersfoot, the historic town of Tenby and other coastal villages offer further attractions, galleries and seaside charm, making this area a wonderful base for exploring West Wales.
