WE STAYED THERE IN LATE JUNE/EARLY JULY AND THE WEATHER WAS FAIRLY COLD FOR THE TIME OF THE YEAR. THE COTTAGE HAS MANY ELECTRIC HEATERS (NOT STORAGE) ALTHOUGH WE ONLY USED THE HEATED TOWEL RAIL PLUS THE ELECTRIC RADIATOR IN THE BATHROOM, SO WITH A TOP OF THE RANGE ELECTRIC SHOWER AND AMPLE SAFETY HANDLES IT WAS A PLEASURE TO GO INTO THE BATHROOM. ON ARRIVAL WE TOOK SOME TIME TO FIND OUT HOW TO CLOSE THE MANY OPEN WINDOWS BUT EVENTUALLY FOUND THAT YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE KEY IN QUITE HARD AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU TURN IT, EASY WHEN YOU KNOW HOW! A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT,W'VE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES OVER THE YEARS.
