Very clean freshly decorated house. Lovely and warm and the sun room was a hit with. Is all, especially the hounds catching the morning rays. Fab location to explore the coast and inland. Good quick morning dog walks from the door and outside hose was a bonus. We would stay again. The only gripes were that there was nothing in the cottage, absolutely no pantry essentials- salt, pepper, foil, cling film, bin bags. Not even a match to light the fire. This was most annoying as it meant lots of little trips to Tesco to get these essentials. No welcome pack of milk and a packet of biscuits or a cake. All the other cottages we have stayed in have all had a welcome pack. No draw full of local flyers of places to visit. Also Took an age to find the room stat as it’s location wasn’t noted anywhere. Defo take a trip to No14 cafe at Wroxham, the cakes are home made amazing. Staff in the boatyard were really helpful and we had a lovely few hours out on one of their vessels which was clean and tidy. Very good trip
