Couldn’t fault the accommodation and the owner, Chris, was extremely helpful and happy to help with any questions. Lovely property with lovely surroundings. The hot tub was a luxury to have at nights and was enjoyed by the whole family. Would highly recommend this cottage as a base for visiting the north east.

A lovely place tucked away down a quite country lane. Very comfortable beds and lots of crockery etc provided. Large jacuzzi style hot tub in pleasant gardens. Added extra of fresh eggs each day from the chickens in the cottages garden.

Lovely cottage, let down by the lean to shower room. The room was freezing cold and you had to use a wall heater to warm up the room up before using the shower. It's not really suitable for colder weather (we had snow for a few days).

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; This is the first time that negative feedback has been received regarding the wet room, which has been designed with the hot tub in mind. I actively encourage guests to contact me if there are any problems, which would always be addressed straightaway. It's a shame that the weather was unseasonably cold that week and I wasn't made aware of any problems.
