Lovely well equipped cottage. Owner abrupt on phone before hand as cottages for you had not added children on so she had go up couple days before and make beds. advertised pet friendly but had list rules open on table room as we got there. Unable leave dog in crate asleep even for couple hours very difficult when want take children swimming for an hour Felt like being watched by owner every time went outside as she would always appear and stand watching. Drive to beaches and Dartmoor which was lovely and outdoor pools. Maybe suit couples not families with dog as felt we could not relax as bring watched. Enjoyed area though. We left it very clean and tidy as we always do but on last day befoe 10am she had back door oen with vacuum in sight ready. Nice cottage if more privacy from owner.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; We are sorry you felt you had to leave some negative comments and what you said regarding dogs, our T&C’s are what you agree to when you book a property through Cottages.com. As you can see from most comments, this is a beautiful, clean cottage, within the Owners grounds and we expect you to be respectful to other holidaymakers, and ourselves, in the surrounding properties.
