Stayed here Christmas week and it was the perfect setting for a relaxed time. Cottage was great for 4 adults and a dog. Parking can be tricky but you can use the church car park just up the road a bit. Very well equipped kitchen enabled me to cook a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. 10 minute walk to the beach would definitely book again.

The cottage is situated in a lovely part of Upper Largo next to the lovely old church. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The small outside patio is more than enough for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine (weather permitting) The east coast of Fife is stunning with many beautiful and empty sandy beeches. The local villages with their harbour side amenities and popular destinations for artists, food lovers and walkers. We enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending Kirkside Cottage to others. Best regards Stella and David

Lovely property with plenty of space (for a family of 4 and a dog). Very good facilities with everything we needed, including some great little surprise gifts on arrival (bottle of wine, a cake and even a pint of milk!). This is the 1st time we had stayed in a cottage as a family with our dog, so we were a little apprehensive. But, after an 8 hour drive, it was delightful to have everything we needed on arrival. We especially loved the log fire (complete with some fuel to start us off). Couldn't recommend it highly enough! The location was lovely too, lots to do and see (beaches in one direction, forest and hills in the other!)
