Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Dartmoor offers rock tors, wild ponies, exquisite walks, horse riding, fishing, cycling, falconry and golf at Bovey Castle. Within 8 miles are the picturesque villages of Ashburton, Chagford and Moretonhampstead, with historic inns, excellent pubs, tea rooms, antique shops, an independent fishmongery, tennis courts and Miniature Pony Centre.
