We had a wonderful stay at Elm Cottage when we visited in early April. Lynette gave us a lovely warm welcome and even came to our rescue when we couldn't find the property on our first day. It was a lovely touch including welcome gifts of wine; chocolates; welsh cakes and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I don't think I've ever been so spoiled on a stay-cation holiday! It was also handy knowing Lynette was nearby should we need anything. The cottage is fabulous and the most comfortable and homely place we've stayed in whilst on holiday. There was an abundance of space for our family of 5 and little dog and we loved being away from any main roads or busy streets. The nearest shops are some distance away but we planned day trips out everyday so this wasn't an issue for us and had brought plenty of food with us for breakfast with the intention of grabbing lunch and evening meals whilst out. There are lots of places to visit within a relatively decent driving distance (10-20 miles) in any direction and we managed to see a fair few places in our week-long stay. We would love to stay at Elm Cottage again and would definitely recommend it. Go ahead and book, you won't be disappointed!
