Lovely cottage spotless clean and extremely well equipped, we were welcomed with a great welcoming basket of goodies, including home made liver cake for dogs. Very warm - in fact possibly a bit too warm for us Our dogs loved the paddock which was a safe place for the younger two to run and play

We have stayed at Dog Rose 3 times it is the best dog friendly cottage we have ever stayed at. The safety of the paddock/orchard is great you know your dogs are safe and can have fun. The cottage is very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. There are doggie toys - books - films etc. The bed is very cosy one of the best we have slept in away from home. The owners Sally and Andy are very friendly. One of the best features for us is that our dogs are raw fed and there is a nice size freezer something you don't find very often in holiday cottages..yes we will return..

Had a great 2 weeks . Weather was quite good except for a few, windy rainy days . Cottage warm and cosy and farm shop handy with some lovely jams and pickles and cakes etc. Dogs enjoyed it thoroughly . The photo the owner took of us dressed up for Sheringham /Holt 1940s weekend before we left . )

Our second stay at Dog Rose Cottage. We had a great week with our dog. Very dog friendly and accommodation is home from home. Made to feel very welcome. A very generous hamper, fridge goodies and treats for our dog. Spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful personal touches.

What a fabulous holiday for my wife and myself, also for our four cocker spaniels. Sally and Andy where very helpful and informative about places to visit with our dogs. The cottage was well appointed and in a beautiful location and we look forward to returning in the future.

This dog friendly cottage couldnt be better. However if you didn’t have dogs this cottage wouldn’t disappoint. It is immaculately clean and equipped like your own home. The field is perfect for dogs. Its location is in a lovely area. Norfolks beaches and forests are only a short drive away. Its now at the top of our favourites list.
