Nestling within the grounds of the owners home, and approached via a farm track (unsuitable for low vehicles) it enjoys spectacular views over open countryside and overlooks nearby Ponden Reservoir. Excellent walking may be enjoyed direct from the door, with a circular walk stretching 4½ miles leading to Top Withens, believed to be the setting for Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights. The village of Haworth, famed for its Bronte connections lies some 2 miles east of Buckley Green and offers an excellent selection of shops and cafés. Bronte Parsonage and Museum is well worth a visit and can be found sitting at the top of the main cobbled street. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
