The space was very well cared for and our hosts had taken the trouble to leave us some welcome gifts which were lovely as we arrived during the evening. Our stay was marred by a drainage problem which meant we had to vacate the premises earlier than intended and return home rather than spending our final day in Norfolk as planned. Not the restful break we intended but wouldn't stop us returning to the property again as everything else was great.

The apartment is situated in a lovely rural, quiet location. It is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The conservatory is an added bonus with lovely open views across the fields. There is a large shared garden. The owners, Anne and Peter are extremely welcoming and helpful. Being in the heart of the Broads the surrounding area is lovely with plenty to see and do. A short drive to Horsey Beach to see the large colony of seals is a must!

Throughly enjoyed our stay, Anne and Peter were lovely hosts, very welcoming and gave us helpful tips on sites to visit. What a gorgeous location, plenty of greenery and wildlife. The small town is about a 10/15min walk and has all the necessary amenities. The apartment is on the ground level. It’s modern and has a homely feel, the conservatory at sunset is lovely and very relaxing. We enjoyed the large garden for guests and enjoyed fruit from the apple and plum tree. Really appreciated the treats and tasty homebaking. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting some rest and relaxation.

I was staying here Monday to Friday with my 10 year old daughter and my aged mum and dad who are fussy beyond belief! We were all 100% happy with this modern and comfy apartment. We spent a lot of time in the conservatory overlooking the barley fields. My daughter particularly enjoyed her own little summerhouse outside, especially when the owners friendly chicken escaped and took up residence! Everything was excellently appointed and spotlessly clean. We were lucky in that there was no one staying upstairs so I cannot comment on the noise reported in other reviews. Toys, both toddler and older are provided along with sports equipment. The cottage lies down an unmade road but this wasn't any hassle. Postbox, restaurant nearby and Tesco 10 mins walk away. Lovely view of an old windmill. Peter and Anne, the owners, were extremely welcoming but unobtrusive. Anne had baked cupcakes and little seal shortbreads for our arrival. Emergency tea, coffee and sugar available plus enough toilet tissue for our stay. Towels smelt lovely! Bedroom comfortable and warm. Small heater provided in conservatory. This is the best property we have stayed in. I will be recommending it to everyone I know! Thank you Peter and Anne,it was perfect.

Highly recommend staying in this apartment. It was in a great location - in the countryside, but close by to a lot of attractions. Lots of toys for the kids to play with too. The owners were lovely, and made lovely cookies for our arrival. Thank you!
