This living area has underfloor heating and there is a utility room with a washing machine. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, which has its own en-suite. Upstairs are two further fantastic bedrooms, both with super kingsize zip and link beds, and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. Any beds can be made into twins upon your request.
Outside the property has ample parking and garden space, and a perfectly placed hot tub, large enough for you all to enjoy at the same time. It is in a very private spot with stunning views over Bamford Edge and Win Hill. There is also a river running through the site giving the opportunity for some cold water wild swimming!
