Loved our three night stay here. On first arrival we noticed that the front of the lodge needed a little TLC, weeding, re-staining etc, but loved how private it was. The lodge had everything you could need and the warm hot tub was fantastic even in the cold, windy weather. The windows to the rear let in a lot of draft so some attention needed. We had a lovely, chilled stay. Ideally situated for visiting many places. Abergele was close enough for all amenities. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay however when we arrived it was not ready for us with wet floors. There were no logs in the log basket to heat the place and my daughter and I had to go looking for logs in the dark. The owner told us upon arrival she was no longer dog friendly despite us having booked when it was and taking our small well behaved dog which wasn’t the most friendliest of welcomes.
