Lovely cottage with views on to the mountains. Spacious, with original features but modernised to a high standard. Clean and equipped very well. the log burner was lovely as well as the hot tub. Emma, the landlady, was lovely and very welcoming. The welcome hamper and delicious cupcakes on arrival were a lovely touch. We had a great week staying here in February, exploring the nearby walks and attractions. Our children absolutely loved it. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Great property, spotless and in a peaceful area. A little drive to the nearest town or other attractions, but if you are after a relaxed time out in the country this is definitely the place for you.

Very well equipped cottage except the control of the TV’s was not good. The loo seats need replacing for ones that fit the wc pans. The heating control needs to be reset because we found that the temp was set at 25 degC at 04am! In the lounge there needs to be some occasional tables for drinks as we found that we had to put them on the floor. The hot tap in the wc on the ground floor did not work, meaning only cold water available. All of the toilet roll holders need refitting and/or repositioning as loose and very difficult to make use of. A welcome pack would be appreciated (milk, eggs, bread, fruit).

Cottage is wonderful, cosy, clean and a welcoming cake, dog bowls and towels a lovely touch, gardens spacious and tidy, hot tub brilliant, would recommend a landline as no other network available, so peaceful at night a week just isn’t long enough, highly recommend.
