Set in open countryside with views across the fields and towards the River Yare, Brookview House offers a home-from-home stay in the Norfolk countryside. Village just seven miles from Norwich, Brookview House provides easy access to the South Norfolk Broads. With two nature reserves nearby, it’s an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, and those looking to explore the waterways.
The full kitchen includes a fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with hob, and microwave—everything needed for a hassle-free stay.
The open-plan living space is designed for comfort, featuring a large sofa, cuddle chair, and a 40" Freeview TV with HDMI and USB ports. A table with four stools doubles as side tables when required, and a storage pouffe contains a selection of family games.
The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in rainfall shower, a Heated towel rail, and supplied towels. Connecting directly to both the main living area and the bedroom for convenience.
The main ground floor bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32" TV with HDMI, and bedside cabinets.
The second bedroom, located on the mezzanine level, has twin beds that are slightly narrower than standard singles, making it more suited for children. There is no door, and the stairs lead directly into the sleeping area. Due to the restricted head height, this space is best suited for younger guests.
Outside, the patio area includes a table and four chairs, with access to a half-acre of well-maintained grounds. Guests are welcome to explore the garden while being mindful to keep pets and children away from the flower beds.
Brookview House provides a well-situated base for exploring both the city and the surrounding landscape. Two riverside pubs are within reach, serving local ales and home-cooked meals.
