This delightful, single-storey holiday cottage is one of three, perched in a hillside location with lovely views overlooking the Machno Valley. Perfect for birdwatchers and outdoor enthusiasts, there are walks from the door directly into the Gwydyr Forest and direct off-road access to the Penmachno Mountain Bike Trails. The Marin Bike Trail is also nearby. The village pub and shop are within walking distance and there is a wide selection of places to eat in nearby Betws-y-Coed. Further afield, the former slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is an adrenaline junkie’s delight with the amazing Bounce Below where you can bounce on trampoline nets deep underground in an old slate cavern, or Zipworld Titan – the largest zip wire complex in the world! Yr Wyddfa (formerly Snowdon), the tallest mountain in Wales, just 25 minutes away. The famous Bodnant Gardens (National Trust) are also within easy reach, as are Victorian Llandudno and the historic town of Conwy on the North Wales coast. Beach 21 miles. Shop and pub serving food, 1 mile.
