Experience the stunning views across Loch Fyne and Inveraray from this uniqe holiday cottage, which sits in quiet isolation.

Steps to entrance. All on the ground floor.
Living room: With open fire, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
Maximum occupancy 4 guests.

Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for open fire available locally. Telephone - incoming calls only. Large 1-acre garden and grounds with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is loch frontage 20 yards away and a small burn running into the loch.

Accessed by a rough track, this co-friendly cottage with electric boiler and central heating system and use of environmentally friendly cleaning products, lies in an area of Argyll that abounds with stunning beauty, fantastic walking and loch activities. With the loch on your doorstep, there is the chance to use your own small boat or dinghy. There are many wonderful restaurants locally, including the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar, 5 miles, the Creggan’s Inn, 5 miles. Loch Lomond National Park is close by to explore with cycle paths, fishing and loch cruises. Benmore Botanic Gardens, 18 miles, provides stunning spring colour. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
