The cabin was in a lovely location, however the garden isn’t secure if you have a dog, and there are no views from the cabin. It is however very private. The cabin is comfortable and we’ll equipped. There are no towels provided however bedding is, and the beds were very comfortable. The village is small, but there is a small well stocked supermarket and a pub which serves great food. Bude is only 20 minutes away by car, and has a fabulous beach to swim or surf. This was nice accommodation and good value for the money we paid.

The lodge itself was ok, no blind up in the double bedroom so light shone through. Garden not secure enough to let dog roam freely, sheep in nearby field. Spacious though for the children to run around. Pub in village not open for food on a Monday. No chip shop just a van that calls through the village a few nights a week. Costcutter supermarket in the village. Overall stay was ok and weather was great.
