This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in! The apartment is very well maintained, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The whole place just felt lovely and we had everything that we needed and more. All the extra touches were very much appreciated too such as milk in the fridge when we got there, a bottle of wine, tea and coffee, toiletries in the bathroom - we felt very welcome. Fort Augustus is a lovely town to stay in too, there are plenty of shops, it's an ideal base for exploring the highlands and you won't go hungry either!

Ardgay is a lovely flat - clean, well equipped and quiet, yet near the bustling centre of the village.

Would definitely recommend this property. So clean and well equipped and very central to all amenities. A pity the neighbouring properties are not so well kept, but they are not offensive and we didn't see the neighbours at all while we were there. Very quiet, but you can just see the boats on the canal. We also saw an eagle from the kitchen window.
