These holiday apartments (Iris Apartment, ref 24328, and Daisy Apartment, ref 25661) are situated in a tranquil rural location, offering comfortable holiday accommodation for any time of the year. The market town of Stalham is situated at the northern end of the Broads and makes an ideal base for exploring with motor boats and canoes available for hire locally. The sandy coastline is just a short drive away; alternatively spend a day in the fine city of Norwich, with cathedrals, museums, theatres and an array of shops and cafes. Walking, cycling, sailing and fishing are all available locally, or just relax in the pleasant countryside. Shops and pub 11/4 miles.

Ground floor: Conservatory. First floor: Living room with kingsize sofa bed/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot . High chair. Stairgate. Digital TV. Electric cooker. Microwave. Wi-Fi. Shared lawned garden and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Natural water supply from well. No smoking. NB: There is a pond in the garden.

    The apartment is situated in Stalham and therefore, well situated for the coastline (including the Horsey seals), bewilderwood, Wroxham Barns, etc. We had a really enjoyable 4 nights and will most likely come back again.

    lovely view from the rear of the property across the field, good variety of home entertainment, furniture and fittings excellent may not be suitable for taller then normal people as the ceilings form part of the roof. Downstairs conservatory really nice and spacious. Good directions given to the property. Water supplied from bore hole may not be for every bodies taste but perfectly safe and OK for everything else. We would go back anytime.

    The accommodation and setting was perfect for our needs allowing us time and space. The wild life was incredible with endless locations to fully appreciate the full spectrum. the whole experience was thoroughly pleasant, calming and peaceful. Take time to explore the isolated villages and the maze of beautiful lanes linking them. For us close to perfection.
