A beautiful well equipped cottage in a pretty location, within easy distance of many attractions of both coast and countryside. The large enclosed garden was a real bonus with the dog.

We didn't tick the box for would we stay here again because we like to vary where we holiday. Our only disappointment with this property was the unexplained fact that the neighbouring farmer chose to block the two living room windows with horse boxes, after all the view out would only have been the field where sheep were grazing all day !!!

A lovely, clean, comfortable barn conversion, located in a beautiful rural location. The hosts, Simon and Bethan, were a delightful couple who made us feel totally at home. The large, attractive garden was a real bonus and, being 100% enclosed, was a real God send to our 4 year old wocker cocker, Megan!!! The only small downside to the property was that the final 200 yards of access to the property was along a deep rutted track - a bit of a challenge to a Ford Focus ST! However, that did not spoil what turned out to be a wonderful winter break - thank you Simon and Bethan.

lovely Christmas and New Year in charming, beautifully equipped cottage in super farm location. Great for us and the dog! Host Bethan most helpful. Ideal location for exploring this hidden gem of an area in mid Wales. TV reception a little capricious but a minor point in the overall scheme of things.

We stayed here for 7 nights in October with our dog and toddler. The location is very peaceful and there is no wi fi so this is bliss for us. The barn is located on a working sheep farm and they have their own resident sheep called Katie, my little boy loved visiting Katie every day. There is lots to do in the area, we are members of National trust and were spoilt for choice. The barn itself has everything you need and the log burner was fantastic. There is a big enclosed garden to the back and I can imagine it would be lovely to sit out there in the Summer with a BBQ. My only niggle was the cleanliness of the property, overall it was clean but there were just a few cobwebs etc, I did bring this up with the owners and their cleaner had been on holiday for a week so this shouldn't be a problem moving forward. We would recommend the barn to friends and family and we would stay again.

Lovely isolated location but close enough to local shops, beaches and eating locations to make it a stress free holiday. Great for the Labrador as the rear garden is enclosed and could be let out in the morning by her self. Everything we expected was supplied. Didn't really notice the farm location as the sheep didn't make much noise. We have a great time.
